Functions

The Case Management unit of the Armstrong-Indiana-Clarion Drug and Alcohol Commission provides three distinct but related functions:

  • Screening
  • Assessments
  • Case Coordination Services

Purpose

The purpose of the Case Management Program is to provide drug, alcohol, and support services to Armstrong, Indiana, and Clarion County residents with confirmed or suspected substance use problems.

Case Management services are available to all individuals who are experiencing problems related to drugs and alcohol. A confidential service assessment can be scheduled during which you will meet with the Case Manager and discuss the supportive services that you are seeking.

The primary functions of Case Management are to evaluate your strengths and needs, help you set goals, link you to services, advocate for your rights, and coach you as you work toward your goals. Any communication with this program will be treated in a CONFIDENTIAL manner.
